Our Story
The First Spark
It all started in April 2025 with a simple swipe and a reply to a Facebook Story. Christian took a chance, Maria replied, and a single notification soon turned into hours of endless messaging. What began as lighthearted conversations quickly deepened as we opened up to each other about our past relationships, life experiences, and dreams for the future. Right from the start, we found an effortless comfort and genuine connection in one another.
Making It Official
It didn’t take long for us to realize that what we had was something truly special. On May 3, 2025, we made our relationship official and began our journey together as a couple. For the first few months, we chose to hold our relationship close to our hearts. Keeping our quiet, beautiful bond private allowed us to build a strong foundation away from outside noise—protecting what was ours as our connection grew even deeper.
Sharing Our World
By June 2025, we were ready to share our happiness with everyone. During a date in Pasay City, we officially announced our relationship to our parents, family, and friends through a Facebook post. As time went on, seeing how naturally our values, character traits, and long-term goals aligned made one thing crystal clear: despite the short time, we had both found “the one.” Every shared dream for the future only reaffirmed that we were meant to walk through life side by side.
The Proposal
On January 19, 2026, during our very first major trip together, we hiked up Mt. Camisong in Benguet. With breathtaking mountain views all around us, Christian got down on one knee and asked Maria to spend forever with him. Surrounded by the tranquility of nature, Maria said YES! Now, we are ready to step into this next chapter of our lives, and we can’t wait to celebrate our love surrounded by the people who mean the most to us!
